NOTE:
When customer registering tour, please read the program of the tour, as well as amounts included and not included, the conditions and policy to cancel the tour in the program. In case, if you are not directly register, the tour registed by the others, please read carefully our program.
Please bring your passport (original), deposit 50% of the tour registration and complete payment before 2 weeks prior to tour departure.
If you have 2 Citizenship or Travel document please notify our staff at the time tour registration and submit the original together relevant documents (if any).
If you bring the green card (residence card in foreign countries) and no longer valid passport VN can not registered travel to a third country .
Because of this is a group tour so our company will be responsible for all customer acquisition group (10 adult guests and up), the delegation will depart on schedule. If the group number of guests under 10 members , the company is responsible to notify customers before departure 4 days and will agree to a new date of departure, or to refund the entire amount for registered guests earlier.
If you require a single room, please pay extra surcharges.
For clients over 75 years of age or older, you and the family are committed to ensuring the health conditions to be able to tour with the company signing up and to have relatives under 60 years (full health) to follow.
After paying, if you wish to cancel the tour, please bring passport & payment invoice to the company's Office immediately to cancel the tour procedures. Company will not receive notice of cancellation by telephone client.
In case you do not get the exit and entry for personal reasons (such as images, information in the original documents blurred, indistinct; passport expires, no regulations ...) our company will not responsible and will not refund the ticket.
Depending on the actual conditions of the tour, hotels and may change accordingly, but the total number of sites while ensuring full.
Flights and flight hours can change last minute, so depending on the airline and weather.
In the case of force majeure, such as terrorism, violence, natural disasters, changes in airline schedules, train ... the company will actively change DL itinerary or cancel the tour because of the convenience and security full of hotels and is not responsible for compensation for the costs incurred, as well as the services were performed

Conditions for canceling the tour on weekdays
Cancel the tour immediately after Embassies, Consulates have issued visa: Cost of the tour is canceled tour is 100% deposit.
Tour cancellation within 30-45 days before departure: cancellation fee is 10% of the total tour price
Tour cancellation within 16-29 days before departure: cancellation fee is 30% of the total tour tour.
Tour cancellation within 08-15 days before departure: cancellation fee is 60% of the total tour tour.
Tour cancellation within 04-07 days before departure: cancellation fee is 90% of the total tour tour.
Tour cancellation within 01-03 days before departure: cancellation fee is 100% of the tour of the tour
Time to cancel the tour is calculated for working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
The conditions for canceling the tour (for the holidays, New Year):

Time to cancel the tour is calculated for working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
The tour holidays are the time of the tour falls on one of the holidays as prescribed.
The trip cancellation must be notified directly to the company or by fax, email and must be certified company. The cancellation by phone are not accepted.
